On a Sunday afternoon in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 26-year-old Jer’maurri Gilliam was tragically cut short. On September 19, 2021, at approximately 1:44 p.m., police responded to a call of a person shot in the 3400 block of Hull Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Gilliam suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
