Jer’maurri Gilliam, a 26-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically killed on September 19, 2021. The Richmond Police Department responded to a call at approximately 1:44 p.m. regarding a shooting incident in the 3400 block of Hull Street. Upon arrival, officers found Gilliam with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
