Andre Todd, a 26-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2014. Andre, affectionately known as "Dre," was born on April 25, 1988, in Washington, DC. He was a graduate of the Appomattox Regional Governor's School and had pursued studies at Chowan University and John Tyler Community College. At the time of his death, he was employed by Purdue Farms, Inc. in Prince George, Virginia.
