Ronnell Wayne, a 30-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically killed on the night of October 26, 2022. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 3500 block of Chamberlayne Avenue, where police responded to reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered Wayne unresponsive in the courtyard of an apartment building. He had sustained a severe gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
