Tephon Reid, a 24-year-old resident of Chester, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 3, 2021, in a fatal double shooting incident in Richmond. The incident occurred around 3:51 p.m. on Mechanicsville Turnpike, where officers responded to reports of a shooting at a convenience store. Upon arrival, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds, both of whom were pronounced dead at the scene.
