On a Sunday evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 19-year-old Malachi Dunbar was tragically cut short. On September 17, 2023, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2100 block of Willoughby Court at approximately 6:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Dunbar suffering from a gunshot wound.
