On September 17, 2023, at approximately 6:45 p.m., Richmond Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2100 block of Willoughby Court. Upon arrival, officers discovered 19-year-old Richmond resident Malachi Dunbar suffering from a gunshot wound. He was promptly transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
