Paterson Brown Jr., an 18-year-old from Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2015, in an incident involving an off-duty Richmond Police officer at a Chesterfield car wash. Brown, a recent graduate of James River High School where he played football, was shot by Officer David Cobb after entering Cobb's car and driving it through the car wash.
