In the winter of 2015, the life of 18-year-old Jaquan Clark was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. On the evening of Saturday, December 19, 2015, in the Whitcomb Court neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia, a triple shooting shattered the night's quiet. When the chaos subsided, Jaquan Clark, a young male, was found suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the immediate response from emergency services, his injuries proved fatal.
