On December 19, 2015, 18-year-old Jaquan Clark was shot and killed in Richmond, Virginia, during a triple shooting in the Whitcomb Court area. When officers responded to a call on Carmine Street just before 6:30 p.m., they found Clark and another victim suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Clark was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two victims were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
