In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 44-year-old Shaun Sullivan was tragically cut short. Just before 1 a.m. on August 8, 2024, police were called to the 1900 block of Redd Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Sullivan on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound.
