Donavan James Fritz II, a 33-year-old resident of Chesterfield, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2023, in Richmond, Virginia. Fritz was found by officers in the 2500 block of Alfalfa Lane suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save him, Fritz succumbed to his injuries and passed away at the scene.
