In the autumn of 2019, the life of 26-year-old Tahad Keith Bailey was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Richmond, Virginia. On the afternoon of Monday, October 21st, police were called to the 1500 block of North 21st Street in the city's Church Hill neighborhood, where they found Bailey in a parking lot, suffering from a gunshot wound.
