In the early hours of April 19, 2015, the life of 29-year-old Rolan Angaroo, a Black male, was tragically cut short in his Richmond, Virginia residence. Just after midnight, officers from the Richmond Police Department responded to a call of a person shot in the 600 block of East Brookland Park Boulevard. Upon arrival, they discovered Angaroo inside his home, having succumbed to a fatal gunshot wound.
