Michael E. Halford, a 43-year-old man, was tragically killed on January 2, 2019, in Richmond, Virginia. Known affectionately as 'Mike Mike,' he was found by Richmond Police officers on the front porch of his home in the 4500 block of Norborne Road, having been shot to death. His death marked the first homicide of the year in the city.
