In the early hours of Thanksgiving morning, November 28, 2019, the life of 19-year-old Tyreese Jamal Barlow was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. He was a young Black man, born on February 7, 2000, to Shanney Washington and the late Finis Leroy Barlow, Jr. Known for his jovial nature and glorious smile, Tyreese had a gift for making people laugh and brightening their day.
