Tyreese Jamal Barlow, a 19-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of Thanksgiving morning, when Richmond Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2000 block of Creighton Road.
