In the cold of a January evening in 2018, the life of 24-year-old Thomas Bradley III of Chesterfield, Virginia, was tragically cut short. On Thursday, January 18th, Richmond Police were called to the 400 block of East 21st Street in the southern part of the city for a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival just before 7 p.m., they discovered Bradley gravely wounded. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
