Thomas E. Bradley III, a 24-year-old resident of North Chesterfield, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 18, 2018. He was found shot inside a home on Larne Avenue in Richmond’s Swansboro West neighborhood. Richmond Police officers responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 12:39 a.m. on January 18.
