Thomas Jones, aged 54, was found dead on March 2, 2016, in Richmond, Virginia. His death was officially classified as a homicide by the Richmond Police Department. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of North 29th Street in the East End of Richmond. Jones was discovered with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
