Calvin Peay, a 36-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically killed in a shooting on November 18, 2019. The incident occurred in the 2300 block of Gordon Avenue near Jefferson Davis Highway. Richmond Police received a call just before 11:30 a.m. reporting a person shot.
