Rishard Watkins, a 38-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2021. Watkins was found with a gunshot wound on Coalter Street in the Mosby Court area late Sunday afternoon. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Richmond Police Department responded to the incident around 4:54 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. The Medical Examiner was tasked with determining the exact cause and manner of his death.
