Ockelle Ty-Quan Duncan, a 23-year-old from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2021, in a shooting incident outside Your Place Sports Bar and Grill in Chesterfield County. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:15 a.m., when Chesterfield Police responded to reports of gunfire at the location on Wadsworth Drive.
