In August of 2019, a tense and violent scene unfolded on North 15th Street in the Nicetown-Tioga section of Philadelphia. Authorities arrived at a residence to serve a narcotics warrant, but the situation quickly escalated into an hours-long standoff with a man named Maurice Hill.
