In the early evening of January 2, 2019, shots rang out in the 100 block of West Brookland Park Boulevard in Richmond, Virginia, forever altering the lives of two families. When police arrived at approximately 4:24 p.m., they discovered 18-year-old James Moorehead suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
