Cory J. Holmes, a 40-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 20, 2016. His death was officially classified as a homicide by the Richmond Police Department. Holmes was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the hallway of a building located in the 2900 block of Chamberlayne Avenue on the Northside of Richmond.
