Jay Q. Wood, Sr., aged 47, tragically lost his life on June 24, 2014, in Richmond, Virginia. He was survived by his devoted wife of 27 years, Bettina, along with his children and other family members. The incident occurred in the Union Hill neighborhood, where officers responded to reports of random gunfire at approximately 5:26 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Jay Q.
