In the late summer of 2016, the life of a young man, Andrew David Duncan, was tragically cut short. At the age of 20, Duncan was shot and killed on September 23, 2016, in Henrico, Virginia, near the Richmond Raceway. The incident stemmed from an argument, the details of which were not publicly elaborated upon in initial reports.
