Isiah T. Coles, a 33-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 20, 2022. The incident occurred on the 1900 block of Q Street in Richmond, where police responded to reports of shots fired just before 9 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found two men with gunshot wounds.
