On a late summer evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of Damon L. Teach, a 40-year-old male, was tragically cut short. On Thursday, August 20, 2020, at approximately 10:33 p.m., police officers were dispatched to a residence in the 5400 block of Blue Ridge Avenue following a report of a person down.
