Jermaine R. Stroman, a 30-year-old male, was found shot to death in the third-floor hallway of a Rodeway Inn on North Arthur Ashe Boulevard in Richmond, Virginia, in the early morning hours of June 2, 2020. Responding officers discovered Stroman, who had been shot, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
