Joseph Boyle, a 31-year-old resident of Chesterfield, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 29, 2017. The incident occurred in the Foxwood Apartments complex in Richmond, Virginia. At approximately 9:04 p.m., Richmond Police Department officers responded to reports of shots fired, followed by a vehicle crash on Snead Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered an SUV that had veered off the road and struck a tree. Joseph Boyle was found in the driver's seat, having sustained gunshot wounds.
