On a Thursday evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 31-year-old Malik D. Dasilva was tragically cut short. On September 20, 2012, at approximately 9:06 p.m., police responded to a call and found Dasilva in the 4800 block of Old Brook Road with gunshot wounds. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
