Donald Dock

In the late hours of a November evening in 2010, tragedy befell a Richmond family. Donald Dock, a 48-year-old African-American male, was found inside his home on Decatur Street, the victim of a fatal shooting. On November 27, 2010, police were called to the residence at approximately 7:30 p.m., where they made the grim discovery of Mr. Dock's body.
