Kwaivon Dejesus, 36, a male, Hispanic/Latino, was fatally shot on the steps of Fifth Baptist Church in Richmond during a repast on the afternoon of October 29, 2025. Police said the shooting unfolded in the 1400 block of West Cary Street around 4:30 p.m., after an argument broke out among attendees and escalated into gunfire.
