In the early hours of a Sunday morning in October 2015, the life of 34-year-old William E. Crutchfield was tragically cut short in the Mosby Court neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia. Known affectionately as 'Ducey' or 'Deuces' to his friends and family, Crutchfield was a man described as someone everyone loved.
