William E. Crutchfield, aged 34, tragically lost his life on October 4, 2015, in Richmond, Virginia. Crutchfield, affectionately known as "Ducey," was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 1900 block of Redd Street around 2:20 a.m. Despite the prompt response from the police, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. His death marked the sixth murder in the Mosby Court area that year, a significant increase from the previous year.
