In the early morning hours of July 3, 2019, the life of 26-year-old Levell V. Everett, a male resident of Sandston, Virginia, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. The fatal incident unfolded in the Mosby Court neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia.
