In the early morning hours of July 3, 2019, the life of 26-year-old Levell V. Everett, a male resident of Sandston, Virginia, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. The fatal incident unfolded in the Mosby Court neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia. Responding to the sound of gunshots at approximately 2:28 a.m., officers from the Richmond Police Department's First Precinct arrived at the 1900 block of Redd Street to a grim scene.
