Christian K. Singleton, a 15-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 7, 2017. He was found dead alongside his best friend, 16-year-old Ketron Wells, in the 4000 block of Decatur Street in South Richmond. Both teenagers had suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The community was deeply shaken by this senseless act of violence, and a candlelight prayer vigil was held in their memory shortly after their deaths.
