On October 19, 1979, 27-year-old white male Harvey Wayne Wilkerson was brutally murdered in his Richmond, Virginia, home by the notorious Briley gang. The assailants also killed his 23-year-old girlfriend, Judy Diane Barton, who was eight months pregnant, and her 5-year-old son, Harvey Wayne Barton. The family was found lifeless in their residence, victims of a violent home invasion.
