In the early evening of a Thursday in Richmond, Virginia, tragedy struck in the 1800 block of T Street. On November 16, 2023, police responded to a call of a person shot and found a man lying unresponsive on the sidewalk. The man, identified as 66-year-old Keith Turner, was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was rushed to a local hospital, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries.
