In the early morning hours of February 22, 2016, the life of 26-year-old Nathaniel A. Bullock was tragically cut short in a parking lot of a Richmond, Virginia apartment complex. A loud argument followed by the sound of gunshots drew the attention of witnesses in the 3000 block of Chamberlayne Avenue. When police arrived at approximately 7:12 a.m., they discovered Bullock suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was rushed to a local hospital but was pronounced dead at 7:41 a.m.
