Nathaniel A. Bullock, a 26-year-old Army Reservist and father, was tragically killed on February 22, 2016, in Richmond, Virginia. Bullock was shot in the head in the parking lot outside The Flats at Ginter Park apartments, where he lived with his grandmother. Witnesses reported hearing an argument followed by several gunshots.
