Albert Edward "A.J." Harvey Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 11, 2021. Harvey was fatally shot around 1:10 p.m. on North 30th Street in Richmond's Church Hill neighborhood. When police arrived at the scene, they found Harvey "down and unresponsive" with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
