Pareshkumar D. Patel, a 44-year-old native of India, was abducted on the morning of September 16, 2012, from the Raceway Gas Station he operated on Jefferson Davis Highway in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Witnesses reported that Patel was approached by two individuals wearing hoodies shortly after he arrived to open the store. They forced him into a van and sped away.
