Jamarea D. Whitlow, a 20-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2020. According to reports, Whitlow was found with gunshot wounds inside his vehicle along the 2800 block of Fairfield Avenue around 3 a.m. on the day of the incident. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
