In the early morning hours of August 22, 2020, the life of Jamarea D. Whitlow, a male in his 20s, was tragically cut short in Richmond, Virginia. Officers responded to a call of a shooting in the 2800 block of Fairfield Avenue around 3 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Whitlow inside his vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds.
