Marquan Mitchell-Nash, a 13-year-old student from Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life on March 11, 2023. The incident occurred on Stockton Street just before 10 p.m. on Friday, where Marquan was accidentally shot. He was also known by the nickname "Quan" among his friends and family.
