On a tragic afternoon in Richmond, Virginia, the life of a young Black boy was cut short by senseless violence. Three-year-old Sharmar Hill Jr. was innocently playing outside his family's apartment on Southlawn Avenue on February 1, 2020, when he was struck by a stray bullet.
