In the late hours of a November evening in Richmond, Virginia, the life of 30-year-old Rolando Salas was tragically cut short. On November 10, 2015, police responded to a report of shots fired in the 1400 block of Talbert Drive. Arriving at the scene around 9:53 p.m., they discovered the body of a male victim on the side of the road. The man, later identified as Rolando D. Salas of Chesterfield County, had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
