Rolando Salas, a 30-year-old resident of Chesterfield County, Virginia, was tragically killed on November 10, 2015. On that evening, Richmond police responded to a report of shots fired in the 1400 block of Talbert Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered Salas lying on the side of the roadway, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. His death was part of a series of violent incidents that shook the Richmond community in November 2015.
