Herbert L. Brown Jr., aged 32, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2016, in Richmond, Virginia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:44 AM, in the 200 block of North 8th Street, Downtown Richmond. Police were alerted by bystanders and arrived to find Mr. Brown's body in the driver's seat of a car parked at the curb. The Richmond Police Department officially classified the case as a homicide.
