In the early morning hours of December 5, 2020, the life of 33-year-old Cory A. Hines of Richmond, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Hines, a Black male, was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on West Broad Street, near a grocery store. He was transported by a private vehicle to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
