In the early morning hours of October 14, 1994, the life of three-year-old Robert E. Jones was violently cut short in a brutal shooting that would come to be known as the Gilpin Court Massacre in Richmond, Virginia. The young boy was one of five people killed that day in an apartment within the Gilpin Court public housing complex. The tragedy unfolded when Christopher C.
