Devon C. Falconer, a 26-year-old male, was fatally shot in his vehicle on the evening of Tuesday, November 21, 2017, in South Richmond, Virginia. Just before 6 p.m., police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Broad Rock Boulevard where they discovered Falconer with gunshot wounds.
