On May 1, 2014, Andre Tyree Rhone, a 26-year-old man from Richmond, Virginia, was found murdered. Rhone, also known as "WHOA," was a beloved figure in his community. His death was a shock to many, and despite the ongoing investigation, his case remains unsolved. On the day of his death, Rhone was one of two homicide victims, the other being an 8-year-old boy named Marty Cobb, whose cases occurred within a short span of time.
