On January 12, 2010, 41-year-old Tracy Scott was found shot to death alongside Angela Moore in Richmond, Virginia. Both victims were discovered in the 1900 block of Hopkins Road, inside a vehicle parked at an apartment complex. Authorities reported that the pair had been missing since December 28, 2009, when they were last seen at a nightclub on Broad Rock Boulevard.
