John Anthony "Tony" Emmers, a 24-year-old man from Columbus, OH, tragically passed away on September 28, 2015. Tony was known for his big heart and infectious smile, and he is remembered fondly by his family and friends. Charles, who was charged with robbing and killing Tony to obtain money for heroin. Evidence linking Charles to the crime included a wad of cash and a .40-caliber handgun with blood and flesh on it.
