On a Saturday afternoon in January 2021, the life of 17-year-old Timothe Montgomery was tragically cut short in a shooting at the Trace Ridge Apartments in Tupelo, Mississippi. The young man, a resident of nearby Verona, was found inside a car with two other individuals who had also sustained gunshot wounds. While the other two victims were transported to a local medical center for treatment, Montgomery succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
